4. Subscription and Payment

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
• Payment processing is handled by Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

• You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• You may not use the Service to send unsolicited commercial emails (spam) or engage in any form of harassment.
• You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service.

• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these guidelines without notice or refund.

6. AI-Generated Content

• The Service uses AI to generate press releases, outreach emails, and other content. This content is provided as a starting point and should be reviewed before use.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and using any AI-generated content.
• We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of AI-generated content.
• AI-generated content does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.

7. Intellectual Property

• The Service, including its design, code, and underlying technology, is owned by Outreach AI and protected by intellectual property laws.
• Content you create using the Service (press releases, emails, etc.) remains your property.
• By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content for the purpose of providing the Service.

• Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so.
